I had installed VIP Access because several online services were looking for security keys, and selling them at $25 a pop. I thought the app would serve the function just as well, and save me $25 at the same time.
But I just installed version 5.0, and it backed up and restored all the apps. When I went back into VIP Access, it had been reset, and had a new serial number. So... I had to go to the places I'd used the previous certificate, and basically go through a "stolen key" process.
Is this something that the backup / restore did? Or is it a bug in the application?
