VVM on OS 5.0 (Bold)?

Anyone able to get it working? It seems like the VVM app on the phone isn't compatible with what was just enabled recently. I've provisioned it online and installed it on my Bold, but when I try to get it to work after setting up the new voicemail box, the app is still on "Please wait while we configure Visual Voice Mail with your wireless service provider." With no network activity going on.

Instead I get a text message from the number 1000000000 with what might be some kind of web address/command that isn't being accepted by the VVM application. Anyone else getting this?

I am using OS 5.0.0.190 and Visual Voicemail works perfectly fine.

It stalls at that one screen I mentioned, can't figure out why. And I yelled aloud 'WTF' when you posted that twitpic of the About screen, lol.

But this is in the wrong forum, I just saw someone with the same problem in the correct one. Maybe someone can merge them or delete this one.

im having the same problem. i called tech support, they were unaware how to fix it and just said the system is burning in and call back if it doesn't work in a day or so.

Crucial Xtreme - are you on ATT? I have spent about 4 hours on the phone with various ATT representatives (including a slight detour to the RIM help desk). They say vvm does not function with os 5.0. It seems your experience disputes this.

I'm on AT&T and VVM works with 5.0.0.190 for me.

ATT customer care is not going to know about 5.0
some of them still have problems understanding that there is more than one blackberry in the world....

VVM works fantastic with 5.0.
