Spanish Language fails on OS 5 (9550 Storm 2)

Hello everyone,

I am about to lose my mind! I have a 9550 and need to set it to Spanish. I go into Desktop Manager Device -> Update -> Chose other version and then pick the 5.xx so it reflashes, when the phone reboots (fresh install) no spanish, only English and Portuguese.

So I load it up, goto Applications and pick "Spanish Support". It reboots. I see Spanish under "text input" and under "voice" but not for display language.

Can't change the display language to anything but english. I reboot the phone and in Applications I see a red "X" and spanish is gone for everything.

Happens everytime.

Any suggestions?

NVM got it, ended up download a Spanish revision from the Blackberry OS Downloads page, picked central america telco and downloaded, installed, updated phone with that BDM -> worked fine. Weird.
