Default Threading Suks! amy work arounds?

many times a day my office sms's me messages, as I get reply to these sms i mark them unread, well in threading all the messages are under one SMS!!!!! so I have to constantly review and look deep into the thread to see what I missed! is thier a work around for this? maybe an app? because other than this SMS issue, .591 seems pretty good but this is a deal breaker....

OK - I'm having a problem w/ the new OS I havent' seen discussed here:
When I read a message, and click the "back arrow" to go back to the MAIN message listing -- it kicks me completely out of messages back to the home screen. When i try to go back to messages it puts me directly into the message I've already read and am trying to get out of -- it takes several tries to successfully return to my main message list. I use email, and SMS alot and have them merged into one message icon (which is the way I like it).
    Any advise?

    Default volume...BAD

I'm having big problems with the new Tour. I purchased it last week and the volume on the handset and bluetooth were great. I updated the software and I can not longer use the bluetooth in noisy places because I can't hear the folks on the other line. I did a hard/soft reset, wiped handheld, started over...same problem. Verizon replaced handheld and problem still exists...Please help
