You must have missed one, for it to behave like that, or didn't download/install the correct model OS, or have a PC issue. Make sure the OS is for your 8520, that it's showing up in the Add/Remove list in Control Panel, and search the PC for vendor.xml. Beyond that, I'd uninstall everything BlackBerry, and start over.
