Just a quick question regarding the Adobe flash and the new webkit browser, whenever they become available, will it be an OS update to get these onto the devices?

At this point that information hasn't been released. It will most likely be a firmware update, in order to integrate it's function. I'm sure the threads will be numerous when the info is available.
