Ok, I'm not kicking you, here, but the description you've provided really gives no clue as to what you are trying to accomplish. Please describe or give us a clue of what you are trying to do here. Thanks!

Are you referring to a device with an IT policy, is it locked? What is going on?

I'm trying to get in to the phone while that is on the screen I can't do anything with it all I've tried rebooting, changing sims, taking the memory card out I've tried an older version of the desk top to get rid of os 5 so I could download the older version but it won't even register on my pc.

What exact model number?
From where did you obtain the device?
What country are you in?
What carrier are you trying to use the device with?
What carrier is the device branded to?

GoodSP71, from what you have mentioned it still does not clarify what do you wish to do? If the device does not boot up completely and gets struck on the screen which says 'OK' then, try to pull out the battery without turning it off and attempt to boot it up in the safe mode... instructions Blackberry Safe Boot - (All Models - All OS Versions) or you may also try out to wipe the device and reinstall the OS, check the forum for instructions.
