Thanx for your Post

Does it support Arabic language input?
From my experience, EastAsia OSs don't have the Arabic Language. Multilanguage ones do - 05-26-2010, 09:06 AM

When did this version become official? I thought it was still on the leaked status.

I finally updated from 4.6. I haven't tested it out long enough to see if the battery life is better or not. The camera sound has changed and the standby button does not function. One thing that sucks is that for ALL the custom 5.0 themes I've downloaded, the incoming and active calls have the default blue/black background. Other than that, it runs pretty smooth~

would u guys recommend updating from .592??

I just upgraded last night. Few things I noticed:
- they seriously need to bring back the unlock with keypad and not just the top buttons
- battery life is good, way better than .529 which i upgraded from--that was sh*t
- boot is waaay faster
- signal is great, no problems so far
- a lot speedier IMO
If there are other bad things I'm gonna come back here again, since it hasn't been 24 hours since I last upgraded. - 05-27-2010, 04:51 AM #16
I just upgraded last night as well:
- Looks okay, threaded SMS issue looks fixed
- Missing games have been brought back
- Seems more stable than .509
Will let you know if I find anything else

Just upgraded using the loader.exe file. Went off smoothly, took around 10 minutes to complete.
Here are a few things I noticed
1) The message thread issue seems to have been resolved
2) Boot time is slightly better (around 2 minutes lesser?), but 5% battery was lost - it came down to 95%, but I'm not sure if the device was actually at 100%, or if it was just an artificial charge
3) It doesn't seem to be any faster from os .592
Of course, it's just been 10 minutes since i got it :P
Will post more tomorrow after field testing it a bit!
@adh983: upgrade your os if you're comfortable doing so, you'll find plenty of guides showing you how it's done. I too upgraded from 4.6 to 5.0 and it's a huge difference, definitely worth going for it. The game breaker is the battery life, which is much, much better in the recent 5.0 releases - 05-27-2010, 08:24 AM #19

*update*
Updated to .681 last night and so far so good. I'm loving the faster boot up. Besides the new camera's new shutter sound, I have not noticed anything extraordinary yet. Will give it a weeks worth of running and will update you guys further.
