That's the problem! . . If you have 5.0.0.822 installed, downgrade to 5.0.0.681. Many users are having issues with the Latest .822

Thanks I had some different issues yessterday that turned out to be swbell serverss, but got to talk to RIM.

The RIM agent said that this should not be happening, of course, and that I needed to find the time to do a complete wipe and reload and that this generally resolves this issue.

I am also having a battery issue where I may have 3/4 of a battery but after doing a pull, it comes up either empty of less than half charge. Really strange.

Think I will take their invite to do a wipe and reinstall over the weekend since it takes so long.

Download and install BBSAK onto your PC and use it to wipe your device. Use it to reload the OS too.
