 Need help updating OS please?
I used to have a Storm, my friend still does and is still on 4.7 OS . i want to update his phone to the latest version for him. Can someone please give me the steps to do this again? cant i just go to DM and update it that way? does updating the OS save all the settings and data? if not can you explain how i do that? 
i used to be a wiz at this but now i cant remember, i have had an Android for the past 2 years.
