Default Need help with error message

My 8900 Curve has been working fine and now when I take a photo, I get the error:

"there is not enough free memory on the file system to complete this action"

I can change my save location to Device Memory and it works, or I can Cancel saving the image

I have a 256MB SD card installed with nothing on it, and its been formatted within the phone.

Does anyone have any suggestions? The only thread I found on this error dealt with an App which is one I have never downloaded.

I recently (within past several weeks) installed the latest OS and it's been working fine.

Thanks in advance.

Go to options > memory > press the BB menu Button and select repair. Reboot. Now try the camera.

Thanks. Already tried the repair. Also tried the format, have done memory clean...
I have a few songs on the card, but maybe 20MB worth, not even 2MB of Apps and its a 256MB card.

Found the problem.

I had been connecting my 8900 in Windows XP using Bootcamp on my MacBook Pro/Snow Leopard. Thats usually how I install the phone's OS, backup, transfer data, etc.

Although last week I used the Mac OSX to transfer (drag/drop) photos to my computer and then deleted the images off the disk in the phone.

What happens then is Mac creates a small hidden folder called ".Trashes", and in there were all the images I had transferred to my Mac and deleted. I thought that would be the problem and checked tonight and sure enough, that was it.

I found it browsing in Windows Explorer in Bootcamp mode.

So I emptied the .Trashes folder and am back in business.

Thanks
