Long SMS histories - this is not about trying to delete them

Hi all, I've got a 9700, with the latest firmware. With a few contacts, I have hugely long SMS histories that, if I could be bothered, i could scroll up to months ago because it has never been wiped. My question is, is there a convenient way to scroll to a certain point/date in your SMS message history? Any help appreciated.

'P' for previous day, 'N' For next day, 'Space bar' for bottom of visible page, 'B' Bottom of history, 'T' for top of history enjoy
