i need serious help please?

i backed up my phone with DM. i downloaded the official 5.0 .328 OS i ran the loader .exe. and it was waiting for initialization and said reconnecting to JVM and it stopped and wont connect! i get a connection promp that states: application loader was unable to connect to your device.please reconnect your device and click retry. " nothing will help now. i tried to run it through the DM and it wont locate my PIN now either?

the phone is stuck in a small timed clock and swithing to white screen that flashes back and forth?

WHAT HAPPENED AND HOW DO I GET THE OS ON THE PHONE TO WORK????

I PULLED BATTERY, AND NOW ITS STUCK ON THE WHITE RELOAD SOFTWARE 507 ERROR.. WHEN I RECONNECT TO LOADER IT DOES NOT SHOW MY PIN AND GETS STUCK AT SAME PLACE?

It was issue with my work computer i guess, i went to a different pc and got it to download. thank god
