How do I Install Calendar Service Book, nothing there

My Outlook won't since the calendar. Facebook calendar created this problem. I found suggestions to change the selected calendar in default services to the original, but the facebook calendar was the only option. I removed the service book and now there is no CICAL service book and none in default services. I also re-sent for Service Books and nothing has worked. Note: in default services the is an option for CMIME, but nothing else. How do I get the default calendar and CICAL Service back.

Have you tried restoring just the services books from a previous backup?
