Default help with updating OS

I have an 9000 Bold with software v 4.6. Can anyone can help me update the software because with the desktop manager i can't .. it says that is no new version for this phone.. and as far that i seen even 5.0 is compatibile with 9000..

Default uh yup, found it!

Use BBSAK and also, do a search on the 9000 forums for the latest stable OS 5, or look on the Blackberry OS Super Page, stickied above in the forum.

As mentioned above, using BBSAK should help you install the OS on your Bold. I suggest upgrading to 5.0.0.681

do you have an yahoo id so we can talk on yahoo messenger and make me understand what i have to do.. i have 4.6 vodafone on the phone now

allright.. one more question... i keep trying to disable the password but i can't :| i don't have anywhere disable password or something.. only change password :|
