Desktop Manager HELP!

I have a BB curve 9300 and I need to update it to a specific version: v6.0.0.2342 from the website: https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...64F594BF6384D0
I have downloaded this file and uninstalled reinstalled it multiple times also uninstalling and reinstalling my desktop manager but the desktop manager still will not recognize the OS
Also I tried to upgrade and downgrade the BB just to see if it could and now it is stuck in v.5 and when I try to upgrade it it says I need a active data plan and when I try to install the current version it days something needs to be installed into the desktop manager. When I click install it shuts off the desktop manager and restarts, but when I try to install it again it sends me to install something again.
I have tried deleting the vendor.xml's from both the OS and desktop manager but nothing seems to work
I have also wiped the BB and it seems in even a worse state
Please help me I'm have no idea what went wrong!

if anyone has a similar problem I found a solution
download JL_Cmder and chose the option to wipe your device
hve your upgade already installed to your desktop
after run the loader. exe (in C:/Program fies/ Common files/ Research in Motion/App loader)
make sure to delete the vendor.xml and have only one upgrade downloaded on your desktop and tada! your BB is upgraded
