ok i have read many things on this topic but im not sure how this exactly works,

so you do all the profile and exceptions and everything but if you have it on vibrate could you tell it to vibrate and not make sounds?

because personally i would not want my phone to go off in the middle of school and get taken away. i love it way too much for that

Just go into your Sound settings and you can change it to whatever you want. You can also change all of your sound settings to silent, or vibrate, or phone calls only, etc without changing any actual settings. Just click on the Sounds icon and select the sound mode you want.
