 Curve and Desktop Manager issues :(
BB Curve screen not working, the H and L keys push themselves, phone freezes. I have the newest software for it and recently re-installed it.
BB Desktop Manager... Ok, I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled it about 6 or 7 times. Every time I click it (from my desktop) the error message reads 'Blackberry Desktop Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close'.
Either before or after I plug my phone in, it doesn't matter..... I am running Windows XP. Does anyone know what could be causing this? And if there may be an older version I could try?
