Change Volume when In / Out Holster

I love my Bold 9700 very much, but still miss one great function over my Curve 8900 on OS4.

1. Back in the days, when I put my Curve 8900 in the Holster, the volume increased so I can hear it loud and clear when I'm traveling with my Phone in my Pocket. When I arrived at my destination, I pull my Curve 8900 Out of the Holster and it will ring on a much lower volume.

That way I always heard my phone, but it isn't disturbing my Colleagues.

Now with the Bold 9700 on OS5 I can only choose to ring In Holster, Out Holster or both, so when I set this to In Holster, I only hear my phone ringing while it's in his Holster, but when I'm away from my desk I can't choose to let my phone ring on a low volume.

Now I know there is absolutely NO WAY this is configurable in Native OS5, but I was wondering if there is any of the following options available:

A. Is there an App, that can Detect when my Phone is going in, and out his Holster, so it can Automatically Change Profiles for me. (Don't think this is possible, cause Apps can't make any changes when the phone is in it's Holster.
B. Does OS6 offer any of those features which where beloved by many of us coming from OS4?
C. Is there any kind of "Hybrid" OS, which Implements this OS4 Profile Modules into an Bold 9700 OS5 (or OS6 version)? Although I think this isn't possible as well?

2. Standard when someone sends me an E-Mail, I hear the sound that belongs to this E-Mail Account, but as soon as I set an Personal Call Ringtone for this Person, it also sets all his message tones to "BBPro_Sanguine". So if this person sends me a Text (SMS) or an E-Mail, it all makes the same noise.

I can't set this to "Default Profile Sound" so I hear the native sounds, is there a way to fix this, Cause I don't want to hear the same noise for Text, E-Mail, etc.

I too remember my old BB curve 8330 with OS4 back in the day having that feature as well and i loved it. I would crank the volume to 10 while in the holster so i could always hear it. Then lower it to like 5 while out of the holster so i wouldnt get blasted with sound from a message lol. Now i have OS6 that feature seemed to be blocked from 3rd party apps as well, or so i read.

For all the research i did, i dont think it is possible but i really hope im wrong.
