which carrier update to install ?

Hi people, I am using a ROGERS unlocked 9700 on TELUS's network

Wich carrier's update should I install, telus or rogers one ?

Since you have a ROGERS branded phone it is easier if you run their update. Carrier OS releases are all the same, so either is fine, except if you try one that aint from Rogers then you would have to delete a file called Vendor.xml first.

Vendor.xml is just a small file that tells the loader what carrier it is for, e.g. a Telus update will only install to Telus phones. Delete the vendor.xml file and it'll install to any

because i dont know why, i have a telus bold too, and this one is stuck on 5.0.4xx, and i see people udating to 5.0.8 and 5.0.9 , and when i go to BM, it still tells me no update available!
