from what i understood was that RIM was allowing the carriers to release 5.0, not from them themselves.

but anyways, after shrinking my OS, getting rid of a lot of stuff i dont need, i've got 34mb free

With that being said... does anyone know if the BoostBerry gets true MMS or picture link?

And also, I still can't really comprehend how the 8330m gets true MMS (something in the hardware supposely) and other carrier's 8330 gets true MMS, and other Sprint Smartphones. What am I missing here? Can't they just rewrite the service books?

Guys... Im just wondering that exactly how much better is the 5.0?? I mean we still have the crappy processor that will only run that fast... what does 5.0 give us besides threaded SMS?

Please dont take me the wrong way... Im a total newbie to Blackberries.. Im just curious and looking to learn from you all...

The thing I released is only a hybrid in the sense that you have to install it like one. This will be the case for ANY release to come of this.438 aside from the official .exe from RIM... So I'm not sure what difference folks expect between the releases by users on here
Anywho... Got a few people gonna give it a try and will get back to me
Enjoy to those who install
