Blank emails on Blackberry ?

We have a problem when a someone here who is using Microsoft Entourage forwards certain emails to a couple of collegues here.
When this email is received by collegues on their Blackberries, the message body is blank but the header is intact ?
If these users view these emails via their email clients (Outlook or Entourage) then they view perfectly well.
The problem is when viewed on the Blackberries and it only seems to be when the emails are forwarded.

Has anybody else seen this problem before ?
I can find out more info if it is required at all.

does it happen from other email clients? Do the emails appear fine if forwarded from the computer to the BB? Does the message text display if the user selects "Get Plain Text" from the menu?
