blackberry 9100 3G from wind mobile

hello to anybody, i'm new in this forum and having a problem with my bb 9100 3G from wind mobile, i succesfuly unlocked my BB 9100 from wind mobile but it won't work with bell simcard, any help from the old member, master of blackberry furom will appreciate, pls help.

Windmobile phone operates in 1700/2100 frequency, where as Rogers and Bells work in a different frequencies (Bell is 900/1800 I believe). So even if you unlocked the phone, it won't work. But the Wind Phone will work in Rogers' 2G network.
