Bedside Mode doesn't automatically activate

Hi All - For some reason after the latest upgrade (still in OS5) when I plug in my Curve 8530 it doesn't go into bedside mode automatically anymore. I checked the settings and there is a charging symbol in the corner.

I even backed up wiped and restored and still no go.

Not sure about the Curve but the most recent update for my Storm2 with was 5.0.0.1015 hosed the Bedside mode display.

This is a known issue and is fixed with the upcoming OS update which should be out soon ( I say soon because there is a version of the new update for another carrier that many are using with some modification) that fixes the Bediside mode issue.
