BBM messages not being delivered

Hi,

For the last 12 hours, I have been able to receive BBM's and see status updates but my sent messages are not being received, I just get the check mark without a D or R. I pinged one of my contacts last night and it was received instantly (the contact told me that I pinged her seconds later), but it still showed a check mark without the D or R. I checked our history this morning and now there's a D next to the ping but the other messages still only have the check mark.

I have done both a hard and soft restart, not really sure what else I can do.

Its on their end. The message was delivered but they didn't receive it because (1) probably their phone is dead or (2) not able to use or access their bbm and (3) bbm not working for them.
