BB Messenger Contacts

Hi guys just a quick question to see if anyone knows the answer. I've got quite a few contacts on my bb messenger and over a week or so they've been deleted for some weird reason. Is there anyway of me knowing what contact has been removed or deleted?

If someone did actually delete you, you have no idea of who was on your list before. That is a downfall but I'm not sure if you do that back up and restore your contacts if it brings back old ones. I would do a back up now so when it happens again you can try and restore your lists at least to the point you're at now.
