 BB Curve 8330 v 4.5.0.186 - lost profile
I apologize if this has been posted before - couldn't find anything.
Within the past two days, for the second time since January, my ring profile that I created has been lost. I haven't loaded any apps or done anything different than normal. Today I went to restore the profiles from a backup and I got the message that only 5/7 were restored. Why is that????? Is there a fix? VERY AGGRAVATING.
