The method with deleting the vendor.xml file.. is this method working?
Bcoz i tried but it gives me the error "you need a data plan .. blablabla" ..

You need to delete both Vendor.xml files, then use App loader instead of Desktop manager.

It also may help if you wipe (but backup first) your device with BBSak

Wiping the device is not needed. Using the App Loader as noted above is the solution when the user does not have a BlackBerry Data Plan.
