Asking for change in application permissions - annoying!

I just downloaded this torchlight app awhile back, and the app asks me to change its control permissions every time I start it up, and it's pissing me off. I've set the appropriate permissions to be denied, but it keeps asking me to change it again.

Is there a way on how I could permanently deny permissions to the app and ignore any permission change requests permanently? Thanks a bunch
