5.0 OS Taking forever to upgrade

Any advice anyone? My curve 8900 has been stuck on 335 modules off 411 while trying to upgrade the OS to 5.0. I am at work and in about an hour I need to leave. What do I do? Is this normal or I do unplug the USB and try again tomorrow. It said it would take about an hour to upgrade but its been over two now and it does not seem to be making any progress. Any advice in simple terms for the BB challenged?

How long has it been 'stuck'?

About 3 hours. I finally disconnected it and went home for the day. Thankfully my phone was fine, no data was lost. I will try again to day.
