    Incidentally, I'm a semi-serious photography hobbyist and since I've got proper photog gear, I use those when I want proper photos. The on-phone camera isn't a big deal honestly. That said, the 2 mpixel front facing on Priv was unacceptable!

    The only Mercury devices that have been shown publicly are the pre-production units shown at CES.
    They look exactly like the device in the Weibo photographs from earlier in December.

    Well, it's still good to have a decent one in case you don't have a real camera on hand. But I never go to any event where I know I want to capture moments and then depend just on my phone for the photos...

    I hope they knock this one out of the park. Personally, the look is fine - it could do with a bit more polish to make the top and bottom halves seem more cohesive but overall, it still stands out as something fresh. Dat pkb doe....oh yeah.
