    Hi. My phone is BB Leap with BB OS 10.3.2.2474. I was using viber ver. 5.7.0.1892 with no problems at all. Now i updated viber to ver. 5.7.0.1900 and when i try to open the app nothing happens. Trying to load the app but then it kicks me out.I've tried restart the device, turn off, clear cache files for viber even i tried security wipe, but the situation is still the same. I have no porblems with other apps installed from Android Play Store ( Skype, Shazam, Facebook, Here.me, Prestigio ereader, and some other local apps from my country - Bulgaria)

    P.S. Using: Google Account Manager 4.3.3 , Blackberry Google ID 2.8, Google Play Services 8.4.89 build 2 ,Google+ Whitelist 1.0.0.4 , The Android Settings APK by Cobalt.

    The Viber update seems to have some changes that cause incompatibility with our runtime. Will look into the logs to find out what's going on.

    Bad news. Viber now seems to use a library that won't load on the BlackBerry Android runtime. Looks like that can't be fixed.

    I guess this means that none of the new version will not work anymore with this version of the BB OS? Worst thing is that there is no alternative for now. The Viber version from BB world gives connecting error. When I try to download official viber app for blackberry from viber.com it says "Your device is not supported".

    I had to uninstall it. Reinstall the bbworld version to register it. I then download the last working apk from here:
    androidapksfree .com/apk/viber-5-6-0-2415-204-apk-download/

    Once I installed that, it's working again now.

    Looks like this is the last version that will work on the z10 unless the android runtime gets upgraded which I can't see happening.

    It seems that you have downloaded the Viber for Android version onto your Blackberry device. Viber for Android is not optimized to run in this way and is not supported when installed on any device not running Android operating system.
    However, you can try deleting all Viber files from your device, and trying to reinstall Viber after a waiting period of 24 hour. This might resolve the issue.

    Additionally, we would like you to further describe what happens when you try to download Viber from Blackberry world.
    Are you unable to download it? Or are you able to download it and encounter problems when trying to open it or activate the account?

    Please note that as Viber is not fully compatible with Android on Blackberry, we can try and fix the issue but are not able to promise a resolution.

    At the moment I'm running Viber for android (ver. 5.6.5.1885) and it's running perfect on my Blackberry OS 10.3.2 , but when I try to Install the latest version for android 5.7.0.1900 the app just won't start. Because of that problem i installed again ver. 5.6.5.1885.

    I'm able to download Viber version from BlackBerry World and install it sucessful, but when i try to activate viber it says " Error ".(nothing else)

    Viber’s latest version, 5.7, is not compatible with Blackberry devices.

    Are you still unable to activate Viber on your phone?
    If so, please send us a screenshot of the error message you receive when trying to activate Viber.

    yeah, that's a problem due to the latest BB OS update... you deleted the old app, but in reality is still there... is a bug that hopefully BB will solve in the future with a new update...

    someone that has the Q10 has a fully functional Viber?
    I tried multiple versions of Viber on Q10 but even if they do work for texting, the audio messages (push to talk) doesn't work...
    if you have a version that works on the Q10 please let me know
