    i tried to do a factory reset on my blackberry leap and after booting for 2 days it is now showing me "www. blackberryerror/OS10". Am confused. it does not leave the page even after it is switched off or on. What can I do to bring it back to life?

    Reload the OS with an autoloader
    How did you do the factory reset?

    when i connect to autoloader when it start the usb it just disconnected it self then connect itself too....so now i dont what to do....please help me.but my usb cable its fine no problem
