Occasionally I receive text messages and never receive a notification for them. I assume the person never responds but when I look later, it shows the same way as if I opened the message (grey with no bold on name).

Is this a known issue or could I have some setting that is causing this to happen? It's quite annoying because the HUB doesn't show it as a new message either so I don't check then find out from people that it was actually on my phone.

This did occur on my Leap 10.3.1.xxx and I have upgraded to 10.3.2.2168 and it is still happening. This has happened from both iphone 4s and a Samsung S6 senders, so it doesn't seem to be a consistent OS on the other end issue.

For what it's worth, I have a user in our company using the Leap on AT&T and with the last two 10.3.2.XXXX versions that I have loaded, she says that people send her text messages but she isn't getting them.

Still having this problem, any suggestions? Is there any way this could be an AT&T issue?
