I just bought a BlackBerry leap sync pod but my leap doesn't fit.
The charging connector is placed close to the adapter while on the Leap it is in the middle.
The model on the back is : asy 14386-021. Can anyone tell me which number is on the bottom of your sync pod?

OEM Sync Pod, correct?

Check your box it came in for the model number of the pod:

• Leap = ACC-60937-001
• Passport = ACC-60407-001
• Classic = ACC-60460-001
• Priv = ACC-62175-001

All of these will look almost exactly the same.
The differences are the support chunk, which is removable and interchangeable with the dock base. That chunk has the slot fitted for which ever phone model it fits, to align the USB plug.
So, same base - different chunks to make the assembly a different model for a specific device.

Yes the oem one.

Well the number on the box is correct, it's a leap sync pod box
But the sync pod itselfs doesn't fit my Leap because of the chunk/adaptor. I suspect that the sync pod is for a different model probably the Classic

Hopefully someone will chime in with what numbers are on their functional Leap pod.
Maybe check your chunk for a number on it to help compare.

Otherwise, I would contact the seller and get a replacement.

The chunk has the devices name on it, look for it go verify which phone it's for
