When I got my Leap a month ago it was on 10.3.2.x out of the box. Put my network sim inside and the phone updated back to 10.3.1.x! Losing some of the nice features!

The device won't upgrade beyond this.

Currently with Network "3" in the UK and suspect this has something to do with their settings. Anyone experienced anything similar?

That's impossible, 10.3.2 has a Blacklist, no way it could downgrade itself to 10.3.1, run an 10.3.2 Autoloader

Are you absolutely sure it was on 10.3.2? Anything over something like 10.3.2.5** can't be downgraded

Probably best you run a Autoloader for the latest 10.3.2 build, will be better than waiting for Carrier updates

A new OS popped up today, so your best bet is to wait until autoloaders for it arrive.

Once they do, they should either be in the thread for the new OS, or in the thread that collects autoloaders.
