    One feature I dislike on 10.3.1(albeit I'm running a leaked version) is that the 'open apps' page is displayed even if you have no minimized apps. Today I watched an unboxing video(link below) for the BlackBerry Leap and the above feature was not present... is there a way to toggle the feature off? I can't seem to find it.

    Settings > Display > Show Wallpaper When All Apps Are Closed > Off
