My Leap recently prompted me to a software update. After the update I noticed all my bluetooth pairings were gone...no big deal. After pairing to my truck, my truck can no longer find my contacts. This is a problem I don't know how to fix.

Another interesting quirk. I called my mother from the number in my contacts. The call went through fine....but after I ended the call, the phone, on it's own, tried to call my mother again... with her old number..a number I replaced with the new one more than 6 months ago. The old number I thought was deleted, it is not in her contacts profile.

The phone was working perfectly until this update. My truck not being able to access my contacts is a big deal. Any Idea's?

Use Ultimate Backup from BBW to backup your messages, media, contacts, etc.

Then use the 10.3.3.2205 autoloader from your PC for a clean install of the OS.

The Leap uses the Z30 autoloader.

After I accidentally updated to dev 10.3.3 I managed today to reflash with z30 sta100.1 10.3.2 stock os honest I'm not sure how I did this I used a autoloader after a wipe and then before set up of handset reflashed again with z30 10.2.3 and hey presto all back better than ever. Really I tool about a week to get to this point. And no water marks either!!!!

So the issue of my vehicle not being able to access my contacts list seems to be part of the update (I know other people with the same problem). Does anyone know if Blackberry is going to fix it?

how did you do it what version of 10 .3.2 did you use i need the exact version for the downgrade ... you are the only one that made it downgrading from a 10.3.3 firmware
