I'm thinking of buying a leap to replace my z10, everything I have researched about the leap sounds good but I'm interested to know about the camera, is it just the same as the z10 or better or worse.

Ive been taking some incredible shots with mine. I believe it uses the same camera as the classic. The software has improved a lot since the z10 came out, that was the main issue with the camera.

I actually made a thread about the Leap's Camera since I was very interested since there was a couple key features missing on BlackBerry's website.

So far, I've found out that the Leap shares the same mega pixel count as the Z10, Q10, Z30 & Classic.

It also shares the same Aperture Size, having a F2.2

It has a different Flash compared to the other 8mp cameras. So that may affect lighting in some cases (very minimal)

I compared actual photos between a Z10 & my Leap and they seem to be pretty much the same.

What is the auto focus like, I have heard that sometimes it misses the focus or can take a while to focus.
