I started having an issue with sending and receiving text messages from one of my contacts. They recently did the latest iPhone update and the issues seemed to start then. I cannot send MMS to this contact and their texts don't show up in my history, or the hub unless I compose a message to them, so there is no notifications on them. My carrier informed me to do a factory reset on the phone and if that doesn't work then I need a new phone. I'm wondering if anyone else has any suggestions. Thanks!

Are you updated to the latest os?
If you are, and a simple reboot doesn't resolve your issues, You may have no choice but to factory reset by reloading your OS and avoid restoring anything from a backup.

To my knowledge I am, there are no system updates available and I'm running OS version 10.3.3.2205. I was wondering about restoring from a backup, thanks I'll have to give it a try!

Am not having any issues with MMS or Text but have issues sending email attachments of any kind. Just won't send out. Am on OS version 10.3.3.1435
