    I don't have data plan, Laptop connect to internet (LAN, no Wifi). BB can connect to Laptop via USB. How can BB connect to Internet sharing with Laptop?

    There is not "USB internet" option under 'System Settings' ->
    'Networks and connections' on BB OS10.

    not all laptops can share the lan connection but if you search on you tube how to share your lan via laptop it will show you how to create ssid and connect your bb to the ssid that you will create

    There is no way to do exactly as you're asking. You would need to make your laptop a WiFi hot spot and have your Leap connect to that. I've used this in the past - http://www.connectify.me/ but you can pick whatever you want based on your laptop OS or as rbtg suggested, look on YouTube for a guide.
