I don't know why I'm not getting the new update, .im still on the old 10.3.2.2876.....even though I scan tor updates it shows me " your phone is upto date ".....please help me.......other people with the same BlackBerry leap phone got the new update then why not me!!!!!

There is no rhyme or reason it seems....

If a Carrier sold device it's locked to their update cycle. If it's a factory direct device... it should get the update, but many didn't.

You can try removing the SIM Card and rebooting a few times and use Wi-Fi to check for an update. Or you can simply install it yourself using an Autoloader.

Never got that update on either my unlocked Leap (bought new from Amazon UK) or my Passport (bought used from Ebay UK).
Not bothered as both run great.
