I noticed already twice that the word substitutions just disappear after some time. All substitutions i made were just forgotten and reset. They didn't work anymore.
Just wanted to share for a fix

Hmm, haven't experienced that. Did you notice whether or not it coincided with any app updates like the Keyboard or Hub?

Ok after i added a new substitution the old ones reappeared again. Lol and they work again

I think it happens after a reboot

Yes, i can confirm. After reboot all word substitutions are gone. But if you add a new one, all come back.

same here. Annoying, I've grown to depend on it on all my previous phones including BB10. . A reboot cancels all short cuts. I emailed BB support about that.
