how can I set up the lock screen like shown on the picture for flip case?

I want only show only icons on lock screen instead of the big white bars where you don't recognize the belonging app at first glance.

What do you mean? That it only shows icons when it's in a flip case with cutout? I don't think that it works automatically, you have to set it that way?!

I found a little workaround with the app "Next Lock Screen". Much better

That's weird I agree. I hope some future update fixes that, I really liked it on all previous BB devices.
