The KeyOne is Android so no BlackBerry Link or any Desktop solution.
The KeyOne is not rooted and bootloader is locked, so no TWRP and no Titanium Backup.

What kind of backup/restore solutions have you used for your KeyOne's customizations, apps, and data?

    Thank you.

The website for the KEYone suggests Google's cloud backup: https://www.blackberrymobile.com/sup...evice-help/#67

Thanks again @thurask. I'll have to employ a number of those methods then.

The lack of a *complete* backup like we had with BlackBerry Link is one of the bigger disappointments that I've encountered with Android. I've tried out a few solutions like Helium, My Back Pro, and MobileGo but none is as comprehensive as I'd like.

It's nice that contacts, texts conversations and some apps can be backed up but it would really be nice to also be able to have all my system settings and app data backed up too.

As some replies above said, there is no complete solution in Android. I use MyBackup Pro which is ok for my data and contacts.

Be aware that whilst the 'app' is backed up the data contained within is not. Have a look at the size of these google backed up files. In particular, antenna pod has many many megabytes of files on my priv, and shows as 3.1kb!?!?
