Hi everyone, I'm Mattia and I'm new in this community. First of all, I love my new BlackBerry Keyone so much. But...I found a bug in the BlackBerry Camera app. It happens only when saving photo and video on the SD card. The issue regard Settings menu. I have a SanDisk Extreme Pro microSD, 32GB, class 10, U3, ecc ecc. No problem the speed, it's a microSD with very high performance. But the camera app often thinks that the SD isn't a class 10, and show me (in Video Resolution Setting Menu) only 720p options. If I close and restart the app, sometimes the issue disappear. But not always. Other times the issue remains. It's casual, but the problem is always present. Maybe an update can solve it? Thanks

Maybe because it's sdhc instead of sdxc? Just a stab in the dark.

Yep. I rarely make videos, but I was just able to recreate what you are talking about. I'll post screenshots if I can reproduce it again.

Got it. Sometimes it shows ALL the video resolutions, sometimes it only shows 3 options. Took a reboot to get all options back. Bug on the "BlackBerry Camera app"-screenshot_20170626-201301.pngBug on the "BlackBerry Camera app"-screenshot_20170626-202135.png

I could not replicate this issue I use a 64GB Samsung card, though. I've had nothing but issues with SanDisk, and I don't ever plan on buying them again.

Yes, my SD is HC. Keyone doesn't recognize sdhc? Only xc? I didn't know that

Oh yes, this is the problem. Thanks for the screenshots. In your opinion, an app update may solve the issue?

Oh, really? bad notice. I was thinking that SanDisk is the best brand in SD world, but maybe I'm in error in future I'll try Samsung cards. Thanks for the feedback

Seems very much like an app update is in order. Don't see how it can be connected to an sd card problem. Where we save videos wouldn't seem to affect what the app is doing before a video is even taken. I believe you are right, it's a simple bug.

It does both. I don't know if the other does the settings you want. I'm just guessing.

Ok, thanks. Maybe it's only a little bug
