On BlackBerry KEYone (BlackBerry BBB100-1), after the automatic download and installation of BlackBerry Hub v1.5.3.13082 today, two IMAP Comcast email accounts duplicated all the mail folders (see attached screenshot of Hub).*


Looking online with Comcast webmail, I see the folders on the server did not duplicate.

I have two other IMAP mail accounts, one Gmail and one exchange mail accounts setup that look fine (no dup folders).*

I have powered down and rebooted the KEYone and the duplicate folder on the two IMAP Comcast mail accounts still appear in the account drop-down.*

Check your comcast email folders online.

The same thing was happening to my gmail acct but I also kept getting back emails I deleted. I had to delete the current imap folders online in my gmail acct as they were created by an older blackberry that actually used the imap protocol properly then reinstalled my email acct on the keyone and the keyone created it's own imap folders in gmail and now I don't have any issues.

I checked the comcast email folders online with webmail, the folders were not duplicated on the mail server. I deleted the comcast mail accounts on the KEYone and added them back. All is good. Fixed.
