    Hi,

I've had my Keyone since second day of launch and the battery life has been phenomenal. 4.5 hours screen time, with battery lasting two days.

Until today, I took my phone off charge this morning and it's on 35% already. Some items are showing up on Battery that I haven't seen on the list before.

Does anyone know what the cause of this be?

    Thanks

I am experiencing similar performance with the Awake being higher than the Screen On. I haven't been able to enable the Wakelock Detector Lite app through the Chrome plugin. Perhaps BlackBerry blocks this? I can enable the Wakelock app on a S6

I think this pretty much requires a factory reset - it's too much work to try and figure out what's causing the android os to consume so much battery.

Device new since Friday July 14th. Not sure a factory reset will do much.

Did you install any apps though?

Yes I did. I removed several yesterday, installed GSam Battery Monitor and enabled the Battery stats permission of through Dev options. went from 59% (11pm) to 53% at 6am. I will now reinstall the apps one at a time to test.
