Like everyone I have been looking at tons of pictures of the new KEYone phone. From way back when I saw the leaked shots which eventually tuned out to be real I was less than enthused about the silvery look of the metal areas. In more recent pictures I keep seeing what looks like mousy yellow images (which is probably more the photography than anything else). Then I see advertising renders which show the the metal being very dark. Anodized Black would be just insane. After-all this phone needs to stand out. Keep the shiny stuff, but put out a version that's dark.








I think this phone would like really really great if it were in a anodized black finish.

I thought that at first. But the aluminum/black look has grown on me. I think it looks classy/retro.

TCL can choose whether or not to produce a black version. However, they cannot produce a BB10 version -- their licencing is for BlackBerry-Android.

BlackBerry did say they are open to licensees... but I don't know who in the right mind would.

Agreed! Highly unlikely.

But my main point was that TCL can't produce the KEYone in BB10.
