There is nothing in the KEYone specs about video out through USB-C and there's no information about any of the other features you mentioned.

I know storage over OTG works but I haven't tried anything else over USB.

I assume its going to be like similar devices, where it's a usb-c type port, but with a micro USB type controller.

Basically, it's the same as a micro USB (with a few small changes) by mostly a micro USB controller.

So expect roughly the same transfer speeds and usage.

Some devices support true USB c, but most phones don't.

USB OTG isn't in the specs either, but I expect it will be on the KEYone since it is on the DTEKs
